Pacific Software, Inc. is an owner, venture partner and investor in the restaurant business in the US. It has been organized with a view to developing restaurant brands that either currently exist or, alternatively, if there is an opportunity for Pacific to incubate a brand that is unique and has a good cache to attract a substantial client base..

Pacific Software currently holds a 51% interest in 2 World of Beer franchises – one in Cambridge, Mass and the other in West Hartford, Conn. In addition, Pacific holds a 50.1% interest in the Gallo Group, Inc – a C Corp headed by Raffaele Gallo and Guiseppe Castelano -highly experienced and successful operators. The Gallo Group, Inc is rolling out a fast casual concept by the name of Gallo Express and a high end chic offering which will be known as Torino. Likewise, a casual family style brand known as Gran Gusto, a 14 year old restaurant with a history of success operating in Cambridge, Mass. is being primed to expand to a number of other locations in the Connecticut area. 
 
Finally Pacific holds a 70% interest in LC 57, Inc. LC 57 is also 30% held by Mr. Lincoln Clark the founder and operator of Good Wurst. in Charlotte, NC. Good Wurst is a unique concept that management at Pacific believes can be expanded rapidly and profitably in many, if not all of the US states.

The days of fast food are over. Our mission at all of our Pacific Software Inc brands is to build thoughtful concepts that serve fresh, well made food. Our head Chef and partner, Giuseppe Castellano’s Italian background has encouraged a “slow food” philosophy when it comes to all of his menus. Overall, he believes in taking his time, sourcing ingredients locally whenever possible, and doing things right even if that means a lot more steps to his process.  At PSI everything but the ticket time is slow, as it should be.
