ISAAC ONN

CEO
Isaac is an Attorney at Law practicing both Corporate and Civil law. His background began with a Graduate Degree in Marketing Management at the Tel-Aviv College of Management. He also obtained his Law Degree from Ono Academic law school and is a member of the Israeli Bar. Onn is a board of directors member on Cybra Corp, MTS, Intellect Neurosciences Ness Energy of Israel, See World Satellites, and UAV Corp.

MICHAEL FINKELSTEIN

COO
Michael is a graduate of McGill University with a Major in Economics.Michael received his diploma in public accounting after his BA at McGill and successfully completes the chartered accountancy exams (equivalent to CPA) in Canada. Michael became one of Canada's top producing investment advisors after departing public accounting and was a multiple award winner at his firm in the investment services business. Simultaneously in 2003 Michael co-founded a "pipe fund" with a US partner which grew in a $100M entity.

LINCOLN CLARK

Lincoln is Partner at The Restaurant Group, currently based in NYC, with operations in New York City, Washington DC and Charlotte, NC. Lincoln is currently the founding principle partner of TRG, The Restaurant Group and President of PLY Design, a design and construction based entity of TRG. Mr. Clark is the co-creator of the Fuel Pizza brand, generating sales of well over 100 Million in the past 20 years.

GIUSEPPE CASTELLANO

A native of Naples, Italy, Chef Giuseppe Castellano immigrated to the United States at the age of 20, already having spent five years learning to cook from the best five star Italian chefs in Italy. He began his first business venture and opened Gran Gusto restaurant in 2007. Chef Castellano quickly earned the respect from his community and beyond, winning a number of culinary awards. Chef Castellano has opened ten other restaurants as well since then.

RAFFAELE GALLO

Raffaele Gallo began immersing himself in the hospitality business at age 16 on his native island of Capri. At age 24, he came to the US and continued building his reputation for quality in management, service, and product, working his way from Florida to New York and finally to Connecticut. Step-by-step, for over 22 years, Raffaele has passionately and energetically developed the Three Points Group business, including its successful restaurant series. He is a resident of Ridgefield, CT, where he operates Gallo, his namesake restaurant.

PATRICK DAGLE

Patrick is a New York City based marketing specialist with over ten years experience in his field. From collaborating on real estate development projects at 20 years old to creating viral campaigns for a number of different startups throughout his mid-twenties, his techniques are both creative and cutting edge. Since delving into the hospitality industry, he has helped to launch and market ten different restaurant brands and counting.
